We live and act in a three-dimensional world. But our interaction with the digital world happens mostly through flat screens. Mixed Reality helps to overcome such limitations. It enables a natural interaction between us, our environment and computers. In other words, Mixed Reality enriches our familiar environment with additional contextual information. Mixed Reality connects the digital with the analog world.
We have developed Mixed Reality experiences for the Microsoft HoloLens. This portable computer scans the environment with various sensors and can project three-dimensional holograms. Unlike with Virtual Reality, all content is integrated into the real world. Full freedom of movement is ensured, and it is possible to interact with people and real objects in a natural way.
